We believe you should understand exactly what to expect — clinically and financially — before you ever commit to a plan of care. Here is precisely how our process and our fees work.

The first two visits: your full evaluation

Everything begins with a thorough evaluation across your first two visits. Together, they run between $650 and $850, depending on how many images we need to take. Here is what those visits include:

• Visit one — your initial consultation, a thorough neurological and structural evaluation, upper cervical imaging, and additional spinal imaging if it’s needed.
• Visit two — your Report of Findings, where we walk you through exactly what the images reveal and what’s going on with you. We then perform your first correction using the Advanced Orthogonal technique, followed by post-correction imaging to see how well your structure responded.

The third visit: your customized care plan

Only after we’ve evaluated your full case do we build your plan. On the third visit, we present a care plan tailored to you personally — shaped by:

• how long the problem has been going on;
• the severity of your symptoms;
• the severity of the structural issues we find; and
• any rehabilitative needs.

Nothing is one-size-fits-all, and nothing is presented until we’ve done the work to understand your situation. You’ll see the full, comprehensive plan — and its cost — before you decide on anything.

Insurance & payment options

One thing we want to be clear about upfront: we are out of network with all insurance, and we operate as a cash-based practice. This lets us focus entirely on the quality and precision of your care rather than on what an insurer will or won’t authorize.

We know that upfront cost matters, so we offer flexible payment options to make care accessible. We’re also proud to partner with CareCredit, which can make it easier to move forward when paying all at once is difficult.
