Train where upper cervical care is actually practiced

Our internship is built for chiropractic students who are serious about upper cervical care — and who may want to be part of our team one day. This isn’t a shadowing tour. From early on, you’re hands-on, learning the work by doing the work under the direction of our doctors.

Hands-on, in real time

Part of the internship is real, hands-on clinical training: you’ll learn to deliver the Advanced Orthogonal correction itself — actually adjusting with the technique in real time, guided by our doctors. We believe you learn upper cervical care by practicing it, not just watching it.

Trained A to Z in Advanced Orthogonal

We train you in the Advanced Orthogonal technique from the ground up — the analysis, the imaging, the precise correction, and the clinical reasoning behind it. This training is part of the pathway toward certification through the Advanced Orthogonal Institute, so you leave with real, credentialed skill rather than a general impression.

Who we work with

We currently take students from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Life University, and Sherman College of Chiropractic. If you’re at one of these programs and upper cervical care is the direction you want to pursue, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll take away

Direct exposure to complex neurological cases — migraines, vertigo, POTS, concussion — alongside the precision imaging and correction that define our approach, and an honest sense of what it’s like to practice this work at a high level.
