Brain-Based Performance
How the brain and nervous system unlock athletic potential — strength, coordination, injury resilience — and why the upper neck matters. Often run as a free CE course for trainers.
Perfect nerve signal strength unlocks the greatest athletic potential. This class — often run as a free two-hour CE course for trainers and coaches — covers the concepts behind unlocking uninhibited strength, maximizing coordination, fine-tuning balance, and limiting injury, all through brain-based performance principles. A Continuing Education certificate is issued to trainers upon completion.
Every muscle depends on a clear nerve signal from the brain, and all coordinated movement is orchestrated by the brain. Any interference to those signals limits strength, compromises agility, and increases the risk of injury. The most vulnerable place for that interference is the upper neck — the craniocervical junction — where head impacts, concussions, and whiplash can misalign the joints that coordinate the body.
Correcting that alignment restores normal nerve signaling between brain and body, so strength, coordination, and resilience can return. We use the Advanced Orthogonal technique to make those corrections precisely — without twisting, cracking, or popping.
How it works
We run this masterclass periodically, and we also bring it to companies, churches, and community groups on request. Request it below and we’ll let you know about upcoming dates — or help you set one up for your group.
